Hello, We are Christine and Jason, owners of Savory Thyme Charcuterie, LLC. We are a Rio Rancho, New Mexico Based food truck. Savory Thyme was inspired by our love for quality meats and decadent cheeses. It all started with making charcuterie boards for friends and family. A few cheese boards later we felt the food truck scene had a missing link and so Savory Thyme was born.
